I'm just commenting on the lateness issue, though it is only a symptom of her overall poor attitude and lack of personal motivation. I'd tape a page to my desk and on it I'd put the dates from now till years end, and the school hours. Then, each day, I'd print her exact arrival and departure time. I'd want her to be sure and see me do it. I'd say nothing, (I'm sure its all been said) but I'd feel just a little like I'm getting my point across.

Oh, on second thought, I will stray from the one issue....on her evaluation, please please please say in no uncertain terms that this person should never under any circumstances be allowed to have her own classroom.
