I hate RTI!

OUr school started RTI this year with little training. They haven't allowed any referrals to special ed., thusly the weakest kids aren't getting the help they deserve. It is a nightmare for regular and special ed. as the work needed for centers is ridiculous and no funds are available to help with expenses. Morale is way down in our schools. Lots are looking for other jobs.
