I find the student who comes in in the afternoon really interesting. If you come in past 9:30 at my school you are considered absent. So, this child you are talking about wouldn't ever be counted as present at my school, so how could they take the test?????? I would think the homeschooling parents would just keep him at home all day on test day!!
