Use those sick days now and take care of yourself, before your problems get worse and you have to look at missing a lot more school.

Your health definitely comes first! I know it's tough - I tend to be the kind of person who puts everybody before herself - but that once brought me a semester of near-pneumonia because I wouldn't take the time off that I needed to deal with my medical issues.
