Reputation of her school.
By HappyHiker

Clip to ScrapBook
Her school does not have a very good reputation. It's kind of the "easy" school in the area. You only take one class at a time for six weeks. Then you take another one and so on. I truly don't think her advisor is worried
about protecting the reputation of the school by passing her on to avoid having bad marks on the school's records. She even mentioned to me that she was looking to go back into the classroom herself. She's been in education for 30 years in this area. I'm sure she's aware of the reputation of the school. She seems more like the type that would do the world a favor and fail this
lady rather than just pass her on. After hearing that she told my ST that her lesson was the most boring thing she had ever sat through, on the same day that I gave the advisor the ST's attendance record showing she has only been on time four times, I kind of think the e-mail about her very inappropriate speech will send her over the edge.

I expect her first solo day will do ST in. I can't imagine that she will be able to come up with enough energy to keep up with the kids all day long for the entire week. Especially since she has alluded to the fact that she intends to go back to her "old way of teaching." The only thing I can come up with for the meaning of that is that she intends to do things like she did on that chaotic day when I first allowed her to attempt to teach in my classroom. We may as well of had mud wrestlers performing that day. I wonder if I would be allowed to video her? Her advisor is scheduled to visit on either her second or third solo day. She needs to stay longer than 30 minutes.
