Did once before, doing it in May

I took 4 classes to the Bronx Zoo 4 years ago and we are taking two classes at the end of May. We let any parent who wants meet us there (not enough room on the bus.) Last time we left at 9:30 (better bus rate). This time
we are leaving at 9:00. Last time we paid for admission, the children's zook and the sky ride. This time we are going on a Wed. when it is free and are paying for the children's zoo and the monorail. We bring our own lunch with us. Last time they fed-exed the tickets to school (without telling me) and they arrved at the school as we arrived at the zoo. They had to reprint 300 tickets

while we waited (3 tickets per person). This time we are ordering them earlier so that we will have them in our hands before we leave. Instead of t-shirts, I made labels on the printer. Each label said the name of tjhe school--each class had a different font and color. Each group had a different animal graphic. So a parent with a group of 3 or 4 could just look at the label to know who was in their group. Example: ABC School printed in blue with a parrot, of ABC school printed in green with a horse.
