I think we worry more about sick days than our administrators do. They usually know how much trouble it is to take a sick day, and that most teachers would rather teach on their sick bed rather than get ready for a sub. As long as you have good sub plans, take your sick days. That's what they're for.
I hope that your illness is not a serious one, and that you are soon back to your normal health.
