We do a unit on Australia in our school and we do an enormous bulletin board mural of the Great Barrier Reef. You could cover your board with blue paper and have the kids rip colorful paper into assorted shapes for the coral. Make various coral reef creatures- fish, rays, turtles.

You could make a mural of the outback or the bush with various animals.

You could do a board with Aussie and American lingo.

We have a blast with this unit! Good luck!
