Opportunity

When one has an ST it is an opportunity for all... a perfect set-up for everyone learning - including ones students. There are some people who are seemingly impossible regardless. How do we make the best of a difficult situation - especially if we can't change it. The thing I remember is that these individuals will be out in the world teaching our children....how can we best help them? Criticism is so easy and comparisons too the tough part is remember we are teachers...we don't always get to choose where we do that job.
