Dollar Tree has "Document Frames"

The document frames are meant to hold 8.5x11 pieces of paper. Sooo, I make a collage of all of my pictures in Publisher, and then in May, Office Max or Office Depot usually have coupons for either really cheap color copies, or last year, I was able to get coupons for 25 FREE color copies at Office Max. I print out one collage on high quality photo paper and then make enough copies for each student, and for the dollar frame, they all get a new memory. I also buy light colored frames and have them use the super thin Sharpies to sign each others frames.
I also make them a DVD of all the pictures with all the pictures of the year with music and they each get the DVD as well.
