Clip to ScrapBook
The Ohio Resource Center has 507 sources cited for ELA standards.
This is their website:

http://www.ohiorc.org/standards/national/search/englishlanguagearts/category/136.aspx?&page=43

I happen to have it because I am working on a piece of curriculum.

NCTE and IRA also have a document on national standards. You might want to try their website.

NAEP (National Assessment of Educational Progress) may also be a decent resource.
