evaluation of me

I went back through the notebook of guidelines she gave me at the start of all this to make sure I didn't overlook the evaluation sheet she was looking for. I didn't find an evaluation sheet, but it does say that she is
required to have in her portfolio three evals. from her advisor, three evals. from me, evals. on her completed by the students, her eval. of her advisor, her evaluation of me, and her evaluations of three other teachers (which I had to arrange for her). I suspect they are misusing the word "evaluation." It probably should read "notes from observations" in some of those instances. I do

remember her telling me one other time after just being there a couple of days that she has to evaluate me twice. Apparently, she had already done one on me because she laughed and said, "I'll do another one later on because opinions can change by the end of a placement." I wasn't real sure what to make of that.

Someone asked about her former occupation. She was an office manager somewhere for 25 years. She claimed that she left a job making $80,000 per year to pursue her life long dream of wanting to be a teacher. Now tell me, why would a 55 year old grandmother with a disabled husband leave a job like that to go back to college to teach? You know as well as I do that she thinks this is an easy job with lots of time off. She thinks she is going to get a job sitting at a desk handing out worksheets and enjoying her summers off. That would be all the effort she would put into it if she ever did get a job.

I'm starting to think her advisor is going to fail her.
