I've been following off and on. The fact that she blamed your students for her lack of preparation is unacceptable. Then, she goes on to insult you in front of your students? She is creating a hostile classroom and it needs to be stopped now.

Apparently she doesn't know that the teacher is the biggest factor in the room. If it ain't goin' well, look in the mirror lady.

I think she is on her last legs, it seems to be escalating.
