I think it's great that you want your students' opinions. While asking what they didn't like could open up a can of worms...what about focusing on the positive aspects?

Ask your students what they really liked about the subs, and if there is anything that the subs did that they think should be continued for the rest of the year. There is nothing wrong with this.

I also disagree with a previous poster---in my district, each time we have a sub in our room, we evaluate them. Admin gets our evaluations and bases their interviewing and hiring on our evaluations.
