Thanks for all the advice.

I called the sub caller and told her that she should take me off the sub list at her school and then I told her why. She already knew about the situation and had already discussed it with the principal. They were apologetic, but due to the way the trip was financed (class funds) they were not able to pay me nor make the teachers pay me.

After some discussion, I decided not to sub for the 7th grade teachers anymore. I was willing to wait to decide about the other grades until after I go back into the building. The school asked me to try it this way and since they have always been good to me, I thought I would try it.
