somewhat of the last intern I had. I would give her ways to improve and she would say. "I did do that." I would also ask her questions in our journal like "How do you think your lesson went today? What do you think you would change to make it better?" She would always say "I think it went great. I can't think of anything to make it better."

While she wasn't a horrible intern, she did have some issues that she refused to deal with. My Principal observed her twice and she got two bad evals. (I encouraged her to invite the principal in for a lesson.)
