k-2 eat first, 3-5 play first

We don't have room for everyone to eat at once. k-2 eat, keep their coats with them at lunch and then go out. 3-5 play then eat. If they need boots, they are probably not outside. When we have indoor recess, the kids are divided into the library, a hallway, and the kindergarten classrooms with supervision.
