1. Be very knowledgeable about the programs your county offers, and ready to answer questions.
2. "Think of a time you've been needed urgently in more than one place on campus. How did you handle it?"
3. "What is the best way to handle angry parents?"
4. "You are probably going to have to let a staff/faculty member go. What provisions/steps will you take to prevent this?"
5. "Why do you think you'll make a good administrator?"
6. "Who has been your favorite administrator, and why?"
7. "What experiences have you had supervising employees?"
8. "How much experience have you had outside the classroom?"
