employment reference
By HappyHiker

Clip to ScrapBook
Oh, yes. She already gave me a two page long employment reference form to complete for her. It was already partially completed for me. The first three lines were asking ME whether or not I "waive my right to confidentiality
on this document." You could either check yes or no. "Yes" was already checked for me. She gave it to me the day before she taught her first lesson and told me that I needed to get it back TO HER the next day or I would hold up her interviewing process. She said they told her that it didn't really matter if I had ever seen her teach before or not. ?????? I have made several
copies of this form for documentation. I have not given her a completed copy of it. I will complete one and mail it to the address provided on the form when her time in my classroom is complete (20 more school days).

On the Midterm Evaluation form I get to complete for her I get to rate her either good, average, fair, or poor in many areas. Two of those areas are "plans for daily activities" and "is punctual with assignments and duties."
