    What?

I can't believe what I'm reading. Did you say that other teachers don't respond well to other teachers sharing? Why not? I can't for the life of me understand this? Isn't this a wonderful way to learn new things? Whenever someone on my staff goes to a conference, we are almost expected to share what we've learned in some way, big or small.

Just recently, I put together a power point on comprehension strategies. Could you do something like that to make it interesting? I think what other teachers like to learn is how to incorporate it into their own classrooms. Can you do that? I think they also like to be able to try things out on their own...you could add something like that to your presentation...fun activities?

Could the sharing be open to those that want to learn? I would find it hard to believe that the entire faculty feels this way.

Otherwise, could you put something together on paper that people could read if they want to?

Let me know what happens. I am genuinely curious!
