This is MY ROOM attitude

It is sad so many teachers feel like THIS IS MY ROOM! Not really. I think it is sad so many subs and student teachers are fed such stuff from teachers. If teachers don't respect subs, classified aids and student teachers
then no wonder students don't respect subs. As long as we are treated like second class citezins such nonesense will continue. If a teacher is going to be out several days she needs to TELL a sub what should and shouldn't be thrown away. I get so sick of teachers bitching about what happened or didn't happen when they were gone. Subs can't control a janitor throwing something away or a thief

stealing something. Yet the teachers say it is OUR FAULT! Some will blame a sub more than the students. Ditto to administrators. Some teachers haven't subbed in awhile. Folks the TEACHERS get on my nerves MUCH worse than the students. Don't get me started on administrators!!!
