*what dumb-beep told you not to "let it happen again"?! what an idiot! (i am more and more thankful for my admin when i read some of these posts.) honestly, you CANT do anything about some things---LET IT GO. (realize that your admin is getting heat from the higher ups, sooooo....)

relax as best you can--take care of yourself. recognize that we have to have days like this to better appreciate the smooth ones!
