When you are an educator your philosophy should be the same no matter what level or subject you teach. Keep it simple, keep it straight forward. Interview teams aren't going to read anything too long anyway.

As a teacher of any student, any subject what is your goal? To educate your students to the best of your ability! Add to that simple statement, fairly, consistently, and with care. You'll have it!

Making an educational impact and creating lifelong learners can happen at any age and in any classroom.

Have fun and best of luck. I made a similar transition and love it.
