Nobody is complaining about teachers who leave too many plans! The problem subs encounter every day is not having enough plans. Teachers leave worksheets, book work, essays, quizzes, or videos. At my school, subs are not allowed to use computers with the students - ever. If that is in the lesson plan, I am supposed to contact the lead teacher and develop a new plan! Once the teacher had a class cut out molecules from colored paper and build strands of DNA. That is the only interesting lesson plan I have ever seen. I wish there were more teachers like you.
