I totally agree!!!!

Clip to ScrapBook
I'm glad someone finally has approached this topic. While I know it's important that we feel we should be able to vent our frustrations on any of the boards, I'm sure we can do it without all the symbols, etc., I really
don't need to know the exact words your student may have used. And classroom teacher is very correct in that many people access this board, from teachers to student teachers to parents who are home-schooling. As teachers we often complain that the public does not see us as professionals, well this is one way we can help.

And some of us truly do not use any type of profanity in our everyday

lives. I find it vulgar and degrading no matter who is using it. So hopefully we can all try to keep our posts written in such as way that we can still vent but remain professional at the same time.
