As a parent of a special ed. "brat", I hope that the person who wrote this initial posting never subs in a special ed. class again!

Yes, the system can be a pain, but to suggest a teacher try to take on two classes is ridiculous! How would you like to have your child come home from school and tell you that they watched movies for two days? Most of these children deserve and crave an education as much as the next kid!

P.S. The original posting was regarding turning down sub assignments. I simply said that you should communicate with the sub caller about these type of assignments.
