Clip to ScrapBook
I have had two different ST's from two different colleges. Both colleges gave me a book of guidelines that were to be followed along with a time line of a teaching schedule.

I also kept a journal with my ST. She
would write down questions, thoughts etc... daily and I would take it home and respond to her. I would also ask her questions and give feedback. This worked well for me and I could address any other issues that might pop up.

I also did informal observations as she did lessons. I would use a T chart. On one side I would put "Things done Well" and on the other "Things to Improve
on or Suggestions." I would go over the chart with her later in the day. One of my interns craved feedback, while the other really didn't want it (she really needed it though). These were very effective tools for me. ;)
