documentaation is my nightmare!

I am horrible about documenting! So...I have had to come up with a system. I have an Excel spreadsheet that I keep on my desktop. Every day I take a few minutes to record any needed information. Each time I have info to enter on a student I just go on to the next cell down and type the students name move one cell over and type the information I need to document. I just keep a "running record" of sorts chronologically. Using Excell you can sort by student so when I want to see the documentation with all about eachs tudent clumped together I can just sort that way. I am sorry as I reread this it sounds sooo confusing but it does work for me.
