clarification

districts will see my ESL cert. and contact me for interviews. i don't want to teach ESL because i've discovered my passion is for elem. classroom teaching (which sucks because they are the hardest to secure a job in). if i did take an ESL position, why would they want to transfer me to an elem classroom position if they could easily find a teacher for that (its ESL they have trouble finding). my ultimate goal is not to teach ESL its to teach in the classroom. i don't want to waste the money in taking the courses and since my hearts not in it everytime i take a course i drop it, i don't want to put the time and effort in but if it was something i wanted, then i definately would. i don't know what else to do :(
