I think it all comes down to the skirt length. I don't see anything wrong with high heeled boots, as long as the skirt is off appropriate length. I have some that I wear with my skirt, but my skirt goes a little below the knees. A lot of teachers, including me, teach all day in high heels. You just have to get used to it.
