I was explaining the "free books" to my fiance and he's very skeptical of the program. I told him how many PTers got propsals accepted, but he quested the point system too.

What DOES happen if you don't get your proposal funded?

I submitted a second proposal for a set of 5 literacy book bags with a paperack book, stuffed animal, activity cards, and manipulatives. This set is also 199.

I need to look through the sites more carefully and pick some things I need rather than the book sets which are more supplemental.
