Clip to ScrapBook
We use it. It gives a fluency score, and it also gives comprehension information. It definitely is time consuming because you have to meet one-on-one with each child for at least a portion of it. There are several components to the test. It starts with an interview about book selection, and you get a score on that, then it has fluency and comprehension. There is a sheet to analyze miscues and another one to check off areas for the child to improve on. It gives good info for instructional grouping and conferencing, but it is time consuming. Some books are also leveled by DRA, so you can form guided reading groups based on the information.
