wow

Clip to ScrapBook
All I could say is "wow" when reading your posts about this. It's only been four years since my student teaching experience (I was in my mid 30s). My CT was a VERY structured teacher who was given a lot of behavior problems because the admin knew she could handle it. I learned a lot from her but was also a little intimidated by her level of control and her organization. Fortunately, her grade lever peers reassured me--"None of us is able to do everything your CT does; we do maybe half of that!" By the end, though, I had gained a great insight into management and structure and use many of the ideas I learned from her to this day! I cannot imaging treating my CT the way this woman is treating you!
