I've been reading your posts and just cannot belive that someone is so out of it and has been allowed to get this far in the education program. We would have been dismissed a long time ago while we aere doing one of our MANY observations and practuciums (spell??) I worked my bum off during my student teaching. I would e-mail her supervisor and schedule a meeting ASAP, and as hard as it is, tell both of them, along with your principal, how unready she is for anything in a classroom environment.
