Gotcha!

Clip to ScrapBook
you have to remember...alot of these claims are frivolous and should be thrown out of court...but there are those (few and far between) that are legit. and have merit. If, in the end, the father has merit...I hope this makes
the other school systems wake up to the big responsibility they have to make their schools safe and inviting...

First of all, did he talk to the teacher first about his concerns? Did he then go to the principal? Did he ask for the son to be moved to another classroom; etc...? Did he exhaust all his possibilities before going to court?

On the flip side of the coin,
I've personally experienced more than my fair share of teachers that "humilate, bully, denigrate; subjugate" kids to "bullying/shaming" practices (even with the principal's consent)... these "teachers" have seniority and therefore know they won't ever ever ever be fired from their job; just moved to another school to start the same behavior on another set of unsuspecting students.

I've even had a few moms tell me they couldn't put their kids in another class because there was no more room in another teacher's class and that their own kids would have to go to this other teacher's class(the one who has a bad reputation as a "denigrator")..

to this day she's still there and still "ranting and raving" on the kids...TSSSSKKK TSSSKKKK TSSSKKK
