trays
By SusanTeach

Clip to ScrapBook
I use those office trays to keep me organized. I have one for each subject, and that's where any picture books or worksheets go.

I also have one for "outgoing" stuff - that's anything that comes from the office
that needs to go home with the kids. I glance at it every afternoon before the kids pack-up.

Another tray is an "office" tray - it has a basket for anything that needs to be copied. It also has any forms that need to go to the office. I just pick up my basket when I'm leaving the room with the kids (on the way to their activity). I have a small container of paperclips and a
pen in the basket. If I have a parent to call, I jot it down on a note and throw it in the basket as well. That way, on my planning time I have everything right there without having to think about what I need to do. :p
