In Ohio we test third graders in reading and math. The dates are April 30 and May 1 for my district. Each year and every grade level have different tests/dates. We try to teach major math units before the test and we have a list of misc. concepts that the last unit or two have in them. It is really hard, though. I find myself packing in science and social studies through the last week of school. There never seems to be enough time.
