I'm laughing about the kids who were willing to pay the higher prices from the second kid. What are they thinking? The kid stealing the gum from church obviously isn't too worried about his soul. :D

How did they get away with all this? I'm not saying I blame you in any way. I just think it's interesting how sneaky they can be when they want to be.
