Rude principal

Oh my gosh! I don't understand what principals think they will accomplish by yelling at people. I don't know about your state/school but I can tell you this. I worked in a school a few years ago where teachers showed the kids test questions before the test. It was accidental. They thought old tests could be used as review. Anyway, the principal thought all the scores for every kid in the grade didn't count. Honestly, I don't even remember how it all turned out but I do know that they still work there. They did make a bigger deal of procedures with everyone the next year but that was it.
