Parents LOVE the pictures and are always very grateful. It provides them an opportunity to be in the classroom without having to be in the classroom. On many occassions, I have sent on pictures first thing in the morning, as a way to brighten your day, and the parents all respond that their kids smiling at them really did brighten their day. It also provides a conversation point for parents and kids. Many parents also look at the pictures with their children. I use shutterfly, because attaching some many pictures to an e-mail was clogging up e-mail boxes. Shutterfly is fabulous-- you can snap away -- and send a note to parents -- and a slideshow awaits them with many pictures of our class.
