Clip to ScrapBook
Personally I don't see the problem here. A teacher shouldn't have to come next door herself to ask for a TV to be turned down. And perhaps this teacher felt a note would be sufficient as she or he didn't want to make it into a bigger deal than it was.

I know I get quite upset at times when my class is working quietly and another class is off the wall or the teacher is letting too many of her kids out into the hallway where they are not monitored and yes are disturbing the rest of the school.

Instead of being upset and defensive perhaps you should try to refrain from having the TV/kids too loud and sending out more than one student at a time to the bathroom.
