We are in the midst of the adoption process as well! I currently am piloting EM- 3rd edition, however, my close associate is piloting the Scott Foresman Envisions. Envisions is well liked- good practice, nice game mat for games, and great technology piece. The only thing she has said (she teaches 1st), is that enough time is not given to each concept. For example- day 1 they taught nickles, day 2- dimes, day 3- quarters, day 5-half dollars- and then test. You would have to look to see if this is actually true- since I got my infomation second hand.
