I've been struggling with this too! For units/lessons/whatever that is actually on paper I scan them all into my computer and then save them in folders on my hard drive by the topic. I like having them actually on the computer because I can click through them quickly and be inspired. I like to take pictures of great ideas I see in other libraries and save them this way too.

Oh - I also keep a list in Excel of "The Big Picture" and write general ideas under each month/topic too. Good luck!
