Oh No

Clip to ScrapBook
I am so sad to hear all these bad stories. I am also shocked at how many people are having to "eat" these tangles and accept 100% fault. The fact that Scholastic has actually cashed one of the checks that they said they had not received and given you credit for, demands some serious accountability and responsibility...clearly being the one in the wrong here!

Are you all asking for a Supervisor? Scholastic doesn't want to loose their sales people. Be persistent and don't give up. In these cases they are better off with the customer is always right approach.

I wonder if there has been some changes lately in the company?
