Clip to ScrapBook
I will do that from some things I found online.

Well, my grammar is turning into a mini-unit, as I am not really supposed to teach grammar in isolation. I try to bring it up as the kids need a mini-lesson for
their writing or what have you. For example, I've already done parts of a sentence in the beginning of the year. I am moving into parts of speech mini-lessons, and commonly confused words from there. (They're, there, and their is a BIG one). My students also have no idea how to use commas, quotation marks, or apostrophes, so I am going to incorporate those into writer's workshop mini-lessons
to keep my school happy. I end up using lots of mad-libs, sentence writing, and worksheets though. How about you? You have a grammar book? I am jealous!!
