Cute Idea By Socks

I've never heard of this but it sounds really cute! I may mention it to our Literacy Coach. We'll have to wait until the dreaded PSSA's are over, but after that it may be a fun activity to do in the spring.

I see the servers being the readers. They come and take the order of the table, then sit down and read the story to that table? Each server/reader makes their own menu with books that they are comfortable reading. They create their own invitations to send out. I'll keep thinking about this and come back with other ideas if they should come!
