Keep track of hours

I agree with the previous posters. This is my fourth year teaching, and I seem to have a better balance now between home and school life. For me, it required keeping track of the hours I worked. I make myself leave school at 4:00 each day and only work on school work for one additional hour at home. If I can't fit it all in during that time schedule, I have to modify what I was planning to do. I work in private school teaching two grades.
