Clip to ScrapBook
I use a timer to keep pace in math. We use Investigations and the Teacher's Manual tells you how long each segment of the session should take. I really try to stick to that and keep the lesson moving. Otherwise, I'm spending a half an hour on a part of the lesson that should only be about 10 minutes! I have a small one that can clip to my clothes. I set it for that amount of time and go. I involve the kids and let them know that that's all the time we have to do this part and if they aren't listening and paying attention then they will miss it because we don't have time to stop and reteach it!

Hope this helps!
