A week does not cut it

Generally if someone is on a med you must not tamper with the medicinal regime. I don't think it is sound parenting to let the meds lapse. Have the school nurse, if you are fortunate to have one follow up on the medical needs of this student. It is not fair to to anyone involved for these children to go under-treated. I doubt that it was the intent of the doctor to have the child off and on the prescription.
