My word! What are the extra 30 teacher days for? If you tell me you get 20 or more paid work days each year, I WILL be jealous of that! How long has it been like that in Pennsylvania? How did the teachers negotiate a fair salary for those extra days? Where I live the school board is always trying to add days (training days, not work days) to our school year but they don't want to increase our salary at ALL!
Couldn't we all use more paid work days.......
